A leading commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its highly regarded commercial property team in Cardiff.

The team advises developers, investors, landlords, occupiers, lenders and public sector clients on a broad range of real estate matters, with particular strength in development, regeneration and complex commercial transactions.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Development and regeneration projects
• Property finance transactions
• Asset management matters
• Due diligence, CPSEs, SDLT/LTT and Land Registry processes

The role offers significant client exposure and the chance to take ownership of transactions from an early stage, while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
• Experience gained in a city, national or strong regional firm
• Strong drafting and organisational skills
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to client service
• Keen to develop within a growing and ambitious real estate practice
