Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Initial four-week booking-possible extension
13.50–£14.50 per hour

We’re recruiting a confident and organised Administrator to provide short-term support to the fundraising team of a well-established charitable organisation in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who can quickly become a dependable member of a friendly team.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing and accurately recording incoming income
• Answering fundraising telephone enquiries and redirecting calls appropriately
• Monitoring the shared fundraising inbox
• Responding to or forwarding emails to the relevant team member
• Providing general administrative support to the wider fundraising team
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records

About you:

• Previous administration experience
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
• Organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Professional and comfortable handling confidential information
• Available to start immediately

The role will ideally be based in the Cardiff office, although some hybrid working may be available once established.
