Reed Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Award Board Administrator to join a busy education-focused team on a temporary six-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong data management skills to play a key role in supporting the preparation of student records for award board processes.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring student assessment information is accurately reviewed, maintained, and prepared in line with quality assurance standards and strict academic deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and validate student marks against established quality assurance frameworks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate student records for submission to partner university award boards.
  • Update and manage assessment data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies where required.
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to gather and verify information.
  • Support the smooth delivery of award board preparation activities and associated administrative processes.

Desirable background and experience

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
