Reward Specialist - 12m FTC - Public Sector Org. - #2114711

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in reward, pay structures, and job evaluation?
We're partnering with a large and complex organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and looking for a Senior HR Advisor to help shape and deliver a modern, fair, and data-led reward framework.
You'll play a key role in reward strategy, pay and grading reviews, job evaluation, reward analytics, and equality reporting, whilst working closely with senior stakeholders to drive positive organisational change.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in reward, compensation, or pay and grading
• Expertise in job evaluation frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills with experience of pay gap reporting and reward data
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support organisational change
• CIPD qualified (or working towards)
