Our client, a well-established and highly respected property consultancy based in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Estate Valuer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to play a key role within a successful and expanding business.

As an Estate Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out accurate residential and commercial property valuations, preparing detailed valuation reports, and providing expert market advice to clients. You will build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and investors while helping to generate new business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Conduct residential and commercial property valuations.
• Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate pricing recommendations.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients on current market trends and property values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and investors.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales and valuation process.
• Stay up to date with local market conditions, legislation, and industry developments.

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Estate Valuer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience carrying out property valuations, market appraisals, and commercial property evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of the residential and commercial property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
