Packing Operators - 22.5 hours per week

Cardiff (CF3) | £13.45 per hour | Saturday & Sunday 8am-4:30pm, Monday 9am-5:30pm (22.5 hours per week) | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Packaging Operators to join a distributor of health-related products based in the CF3 area of Cardiff.

Working within a busy warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and packaging customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and confidentiality.

• £13.45 per hour.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity.
• 22.5 hours per week.
• Saturday & Sunday: 8am-4:30pm.
• Monday: 9am-5:30pm.

• Accurately process, pick, and package customer orders.
• Work efficiently to achieve daily individual and team targets.
• Dispense orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and report any errors or discrepancies.
• Support stock management and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation.
• Handle all products and information with strict patient confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.

• Previous experience as a Packaging Operator, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Fulfilment Operative, or similar role is desirable.
• IT literate and confident learning new systems.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work weekend shifts.
• Due to the location, living near the CF3 area of Cardiff or having your own transport is preferred.
