Receptionist - #2117277

Reed are currently seeking a receptionist support within a busy corporate office environment. This temporary position requires an individual who is organised, customer-focused, and able to deliver a high standard of service to visitors and colleagues.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression.
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Coordinating visitor sign-in procedures and issuing access passes.
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
• Providing general administrative support when needed.

Dates Required:

• Wednesday 19th August.
• Monday 7th September to Friday 11th September inclusive.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
