  • Carry out regular CRM data cleansing and updates.
  • Follow up inactive projects and opportunities.
  • Produce reports and support wider administrative requirements.

Marketing Support

  • Collect project photographs, updates and customer testimonials.
  • Maintain an organised library of project content.
  • Identify projects suitable for social media, case studies and marketing activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration, coordination or customer service experience.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using the telephone and speaking with customers and installers.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM systems or databases would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The Person

You’ll be organised, reliable and naturally proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.

You’ll be comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships and following up actions to make sure nothing gets missed. You’ll take pride in keeping things accurate, organised and moving forward.

This would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, likes being part of a team and wants the opportunity to develop within a growing business.

  • Salary up to £28,000 DOE
  • 35-hour working week
  • 9am–5pm with a 1-hour lunch
  • Flexibility around start and finish times
  • Permanent or Temp-to-Perm opportunity
