Trainee Specialist Mortgage Case Manager

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £25,000 basic + OTE £45,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Working pattern: Office-based

Training: Full training provided

What will you be doing?

As a Specialist Mortgage Case Manager, you'll take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to completion, making sure every case progresses smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing mortgage cases from submission to completion
• Liaising with lenders, brokers and solicitors
• Chasing outstanding information and resolving issues
• Keeping clients and teams updated
• Managing your pipeline and prioritising cases
• Ensuring cases are accurately packaged and submitted
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Working towards performance and commercial targets
