Candour Talent are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their client’s team in Cardiff.

• Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri – Flexible hours
• Salary: £27-29k

Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join their business in Cardiff.

This role will support the management team onsite with recruitment administration and other general ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required. An excellent opportunity for a people-focused professional to join a well-established and growing company.

The Role:

• Support with recruitment of new staff – posting job ads, attending job fairs, arranging interviews etc.
• Support with the induction of new starters
• Complete RTW checks and maintain tracker for new and existing staff
• Update HR System with absences and to monitor against Bradford Factor
• Keep track of probationary periods
• Keep track of training records
• Update holiday records
• Run clocking-in reports
• Ensure all personnel files are updated accurately and filed effectively
• Chase outstanding documentation
• Take minutes in meetings and disciplinaries
• Support with audits
• Support with employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects
• Ensure information noticeboards are kept up to date
• Support with any H&S issues
• Complete any ad-hoc administration tasks for the management team, as required
• Report weekly KPIs

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrator position or similar
• Experience in a fast-paced office-based environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Good commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain confidentiality
