Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery terms and contracts.
  • Develop supply chain resilience and minimise single-source dependency where appropriate.

  • Ensure procurement activity complies with company policies and financial governance requirements.
  • Lead, support and develop purchasing/procurement team members.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, finance, projects and other internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to procurement strategy, specifications, tenders and project teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or technically focused environment.

You will be:

  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in supplier and contract management.
  • Confident managing stock, forecasting and material availability.
  • A strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
