We're looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who want to develop a specialist market, build strong client relationships and increase both their earnings and their career opportunities.

There is a strong track record within the division of Consultants achieving promotions, salary increases and career-best commissions. For those who want to progress into leadership, there is also a clear route into management and beyond.

You'll have the freedom to build your market, backed by experienced leaders and colleagues, the latest recruitment technology, ongoing training and a business that rewards high performance properly.

What you'll be doing

• Developing your own specialist market within engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment
• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
• Building a strong understanding of your clients, their businesses and their recruitment challenges
• Advising clients on recruitment strategy, market conditions, salaries and candidate availability
• Identifying, attracting and developing relationships with specialist candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to interview, offer and placement
• Negotiating salaries, rates and commercial terms
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates rather than focusing purely on individual vacancies
• Working closely with the wider Engineering & Technical team to share knowledge, opportunities and relationships

• Successful experience in the recruitment industry
• A genuine appetite for 360 recruitment and business development
• The ambition to build and take ownership of your own market
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with clients
• Resilience and the ability to stay focused when things do not go to plan
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with the wider team
• An interest in becoming genuinely knowledgeable within your recruitment specialism
• Confidence using technology and new recruitment tools
