What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a 360-recruitment role, including:

Developing new business opportunities across the Catering Sector

Building and managing relationships with Catering Managers

Matching quality candidates to client requirements

Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service

Conducting candidate interviews, registrations and compliance checks

Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

Supporting workforce planning for some of the region's leading logistics businesses

This is a role where no two days are the same, and where success is genuinely rewarded.

You'll be:

Commercially minded and motivated by achieving goals

Confident building new relationships and opening doors

A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people

Resilient, proactive and able to think on your feet

Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Someone who follows through on commitments and takes pride in delivering results

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within Driving, Logistics, Transport or Industrial recruitment, but it's not essential.
