Finance Administrator - #2138931

Our friendly and professional client on the outskirts of Cardiff is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team on a Temporary basis, starting immediately and running through to mid-November.

You'll work closely with the procurement team, providing essential administrative support while helping to maintain accurate supplier and spend information.

Start date: Immediate

Contract: Temporary

Duration: Until mid-November

Location: North Cardiff - good transport links & free parking on-site.

Hourly Pay: £15.20 - £15.65 (plus holiday pay) depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with supplier onboarding processes, including gathering and maintaining supplier documentation.
• Support spend analysis by collecting, reviewing and organising procurement and supplier spend data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, databases and documentation.
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier records and procurement administration.
• Support the procurement team with reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to help resolve administrative queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as required.
