Job Title: Operations Analyst
Our client is seeking enthusiastic Operations Analyst's to join their dynamic team within the Audit & Compliance, Delivery & Schemes division. As the UK's regulator for the energy industry, the organisation is committed to ensuring that every household and business can depend on a safe, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy supply.
In the face of unprecedented challenges in the energy market, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a greener, fairer energy system.
Start ASAP, pending compliance checks, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role one day a week in the office, duration until end of April 2027, pay £17ph PAYE, location Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the administration of environmental schemes and achieve key performance indicators.
- Update, develop, and streamline business procedures for efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Identify instances of potential fraud and non-compliance, providing recommendations.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Possess strong analytical skills to collect and assess qualitative and quantitative data.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to non-expert audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactively prioritise and plan work to deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
