We are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant (PA) who would like to build a career within an award-winning business.

Role Executive Assistant (PA)

Salary £35k to £43k Depending on Experience.

Location Cardiff (free on-site parking)

Hours Business Hours Mon- Fri – Full Time Perm Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is a fantastic role for a very influential brand offering first class working conditions and benefits with career progression opportunities.

Executive Assistant Role

• Providing full support to the MD with responsibilities for management of their diary, ensuring each day runs smoothly.
• Meeting planning and organising travel and accommodation where necessary.
• Working to ensure urgent issues are picked up, understood, and manage until conclusion.
• Providing in meeting support taking minutes and logging tactics and actions.
• Liaising with all areas of the business including the senior management team, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure the MD’s mailbox is checked, and priority communications are flagged and followed up.
• Play a part in being responsible for compliance to health and safety and when required support the HR function.

Executive Assistant Attributes

• You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills with experience in a similar role.
• Flexible towards the business needs we are looking for someone who has the initiative to suggest ideas and make improvements where they see fit.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a supportive team.
• IT Literate and a solution orientated thinker
• You will be a quick learner with analytical abilities and
• You will be enthusiastic, ambitious with a passion for people.
