Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Cardiff

Valued Hire Group are recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client’s team, covering Cardiff and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role with a well-established business, working across data centres and carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Fault finding and carrying out repairs
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Attending customer sites and providing excellent customer service
• Completing service reports and job sheets
• Participating in a standby/emergency call-out rota
• Working safely and in line with industry standards

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Engineer with:

• Strong fault-finding and technical skills
• Relevant qualifications and accreditations
• A professional approach and good customer service skills
• The ability to work independently
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel and participate in the call-out rota
