The Business Services Senior Manager will effectively become number two to a very experienced director whose portfolio has reached capacity, creating genuine room for responsibility and progression.

• Managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses

When a client arrives with an unfamiliar accounting problem, the expectation is that the Business Services Senior Manager can investigate it, understand the implications and explain the solution clearly.

You will therefore need strong technical grounding from an accountancy background alongside the confidence to advise clients directly.
