Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational performance across a large FMCG manufacturing area.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
- Manage and develop operational teams to deliver business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Act as the senior operational decision-maker outside normal business hours.
Profile
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced operations leader from an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong people manager with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
- Confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
