DESIGN MANAGER – CARDIFF (CF)

Blue Water Recruitment are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Cardiff.

The role will involve:

• Managing and coordinating the design process

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information

• Managing design programmes and deliverables

• Resolving design and technical issues

• Ensuring designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered to programme

• Working closely with the wider project team

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Design Manager experience

Main contractor/Tier One experience

Strong technical and design coordination knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Cardiff (CF)
