Job Title: Creative Lecturer in Foundation Learning

Pay and working hours:

• Per hour: £30 - 35
• Working hours: Full Time, 37 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive classroom that encourages academic achievement.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management.

What We’re Looking For:

• UK Qualified Teacher
• Strong, practical experience of teaching or supporting Foundation/Entry Level learners
• An understanding of the additional support, differentiation and engagement approaches often required within Foundation Learning
• Experience of adapting delivery to meet a range of learner needs and abilities
• Relevant knowledge and/or current industry experience within Creative
• Experience of teaching, supporting and assessing learners within an FE or similar environment
• Strong communication, organisational and learner engagement skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with learners and contribute to successful learner outcomes
• Updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
