Role: Product Support Application Specialist

Location: South Wales, Field Based (Own vehicle and driving license required)

Hours: Full-time

Contract: 12 months, Inside IR35

Pay: £200 - £230 per day PAYE basic or £265.27 - £305.06 per day Umbrella

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Application Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation.

This is a customer-facing, field-based position, supporting laboratories across South Wales with diagnostic systems, training, troubleshooting and technical support. Full training and induction will be provided.

The Requirements:

• Must be based in South Wales
• Biomedical Scientist or laboratory experience required
• Own vehicle and UK driving licence required
• Experience within diagnostics or pathology laboratories advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role
• Must be happy to travel throughout the region and across mainland UK
• Flexibility for overnight stays when required

The Role:

• Visit and support laboratory customers across South Wales
• Provide hands-on product and application support
• Train laboratory staff on diagnostic systems
• Troubleshoot technical and application issues
• Support system implementation and optimisation
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Work alongside technical and engineering specialists
• Travel throughout mainland UK when required, including overnight stays
