MFL Teachers Wanted - Secondary & Further Education

Aspire People are looking to speak with experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers and Language Specialists interested in opportunities across Secondary Schools and Further Education settings in South Wales.

We're interested in teachers with experience in French, Spanish, German or other Modern Foreign Languages, whether you're looking for a secondary school role, an FE teaching opportunity, or are open to both.

The Role

Depending on the setting, you may be responsible for:

Teaching Modern Foreign Languages across secondary or FE settings
Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
Supporting learners to develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
Preparing students for relevant qualifications and examinations
Differentiating teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Supporting learners with ALN/SEN
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and wider departments
We're Looking For
QTS or relevant teaching qualification for secondary teaching roles
Strong subject knowledge in French, Spanish, German or another MFL subject
Experience teaching MFL within a secondary school and/or FE setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible approach and willingness to work across different education settings
EWC registration or willingness to obtain
Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service
