We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Cardiff-based team.

The Role

As Finance Officer, you'll support the smooth running of the finance function and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Managing customer and supplier invoices
• Reconciling bank accounts and financial records
• Supporting month-end finance activities
• Assisting with cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Chasing outstanding payments and managing credit control activities
• Maintaining accurate financial documentation and records
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties and projects

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Previous experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping position
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with financial systems and Microsoft Excel
• A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
• Positive, approachable and willing to get involved with the wider team
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Reliable, professional and eager to contribute
