Trainer (ERP/Technology) Contract - Paying between £400 to £500 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (3 days per week on site), 6 month contract, Mid to late October start


Your new role

We are looking for an experienced ERP / Technology Trainer to support a major technology transformation programme.
This role would suit someone with a strong background delivering training around ERP systems, new technology platforms, systems implementations or digital transformation programmes. Specific ERP experience is beneficial but not essential, with broader Technology Trainers also considered.

Training materials will be provided, so the focus of the role will be on delivering engaging, effective training, quickly understanding the system and processes, and ensuring users are confident adopting new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training to end users as part of a major ERP transformation
• Quickly understand supplied training materials and confidently deliver them to different audiences
• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions where required
• Explain new systems, functionality and processes clearly to non-technical users
• Adapt training style depending on audience knowledge and experience
• Support users through the transition to new technology and ways of working
• Work closely with programme, change and training teams
• Gather feedback and help improve the effectiveness of training delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience as a Technology Trainer, Systems Trainer, ERP Trainer or IT Trainer
• Experience delivering training for new systems, applications or technology implementations
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Comfortable delivering training to groups with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and processes
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes
• ERP implementation or transformation experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
