Business Change Lead Contract - Paying between £500 to £600 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (3 days per week on site), 6 month contract, Mid to late October start


Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major technology transformation programme.

This is a hands on change role requiring someone with strong communications, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, who can understand the impact of new technology and processes across the business and translate this into effective change activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business change activity across a major technology transformation
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across affected business areas
• Analyse changes to processes, systems, roles and ways of working
• Develop and deliver structured change and communication plans
• Produce clear and engaging communications for different stakeholder groups
• Work closely with programme, technology and business teams to support successful adoption
• Identify change risks, resistance and readiness gaps
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and change workshops
• Track change readiness, adoption and key actions throughout the programme
• Translate complex programme and technical information into clear business communications

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience delivering business change within large scale transformation programmes
• Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical capability with experience assessing business and organisational impacts
• Experience developing and delivering change and communications plans
• Experience working on technology or digital transformation programmes
• ERP transformation experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong understanding of change impact, readiness and adoption
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced transformation environment
