We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in Cardiff City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a polished, professional environment. You’ll be a key part of the Front of House team, creating a strong first impression for clients and visitors while helping meetings, events and day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

The role

• Welcoming clients and visitors
  
  
• Managing meeting room bookings
  
  
• Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
  
  
• Maintaining reception and client areas
  
  
• Supporting onsite meetings and corporate events
  
  
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure a seamless visitor experience
  
  

About you

• Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Professional, organised and confident
  
  
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
  
  
• Events experience would be an advantage
