You will be responsible for preparing client applications, managing subcontractor accounts, administering variations and compensation events, monitoring project costs and producing accurate forecasts.
Working closely with operational and finance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining contractual compliance, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives.

  • Exposure to major framework programmes and long-term project delivery.
  • Career development and progression opportunities within an established commercial team.

  • Flexible working arrangements and the option to be based from either Cardiff or the North West.
  • The chance to work on projects that have a direct impact on communities and critical infrastructure networks.
