Aerospace Assessor
Are you an experienced Aerospace professional looking to move into or continue a rewarding role within education and training? Reed Further Education is recruiting for an Aerospace Assessor in Cardiff to support apprentices and learners in achieving their qualifications.
Role Details
- Position: Aerospace Assessor
- Contract: Full-time temporary assignment
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing while a permanent recruitment process is completed
- Working Pattern: Campus-based and/or employer site visits
- Pay Rate: £30-40 per hour, including holiday pay
The Role
You will work closely with learners and employers, supporting apprentices throughout their programmes and assessing workplace competence. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional looking to develop a career in education, as an assessing qualification is not essential.
Requirements
- Relevant aerospace industry experience
- Level 3 qualification in Aerospace or above
- Completion of an Aerospace apprenticeship
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support and motivate learners
- Available to start at short notice
- Assessing qualification desirable but not essential
