  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with senior leaders, clients and partners to ensure priorities are aligned and programmes deliver the outcomes expected
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for significant programme and delivery matters
  • Ensure strong governance, effective risk management and high-quality reporting across the portfolio
  • Develop resource and capability plans that enable the team to respond to changing business needs
  • Champion effective change management and stakeholder engagement, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working
  • Embed a commercially focused approach to delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and provide tangible value

  • Experience delivering programmes using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, forecasts and programme financials
  • Experience working within complex environments, including matrix teams and third-party delivery partners
  • A strategic mindset, combined with a practical and delivery-focused approach
  • Relevant project or change management qualifications

What's it like to work here?

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive leadership team where partnership, trust and open communication are genuinely valued.

We believe that great results come from engaged people, and we're committed to creating an environment where colleagues feel recognised, included and empowered to contribute. Success is celebrated, feedback is encouraged and development is supported.
