Salary: £29,500 - £37,000 DOE

Office Requirement: Only once every 3 months

CRA Consulting has been instructed by a well-established national legal organisation seeking an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join its specialist Non-MOJ Car Team.

This is a genuinely remote opportunity. You can work from home full time, with just four visits to the office throughout the entire year.

No weekly office attendance, no lengthy commute and no requirement to relocate.

You will take responsibility for your own caseload of pre and post-litigated RTA Personal Injury claims, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Your work will include:

• Handling non-portal RTA claims involving disputed liability.

• Managing motorcycle accident claims and liability denials.

• Assessing medical reports, quantum and general damages.

• Preparing schedules of loss and special damages.

• Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties.

• Drafting proceedings and progressing litigated claims.

• Managing court deadlines, directions and disclosure.

• Instructing Counsel and relevant experts when necessary.

Ideally, you will have experience managing your own RTA caseload and be confident dealing with liability, quantum and the relevant litigation procedures.

A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules is important, alongside strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

Solicitor or CILEX qualifications would be welcomed but are not essential where candidates have the appropriate experience.
