Bodyshop Manager - #2169984

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff. The successful Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, profitable operation of the bodyshop, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

Duties:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the bodyshop to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
• Lead, train, and develop a large, skilled team, including customer service and administrative staff
• Implement and maintain strict processes for quality control and health & safety standards
• Manage workflow, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance targets, advice on improvements and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shop performance

Requirements:

• Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Methodical and organised approach to work
• Strong knowledge of automotive accident repair processes
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• Management experience is preferred but Bodyshop Managers aiming for progression are encouraged to apply
