  • Evidence of progression towards professional qualification, or a willingness to work towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
  • Experience in 3D design and drainage modelling software, such as MicroDrainage and/or InfoDrainage.
  • Knowledge of water authority statutory approval processes, including Section 104 and Section 106 agreements.
  • Experience with, or an understanding of, SuDS Approval Body (SAB) requirements and approval processes.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising tasks and deliverables to support effective project delivery.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, use initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join our client’s engineering team and contribute to a significant programme of investment in the UK water sector.

You will gain exposure to a diverse range of infrastructure projects, develop your technical capabilities and receive support towards your ongoing professional development and career progression.
