Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the CF24 area of Cardiff for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable school-based experience or continue their career within education. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing across the school day.

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
