HR Advisor (ER) - Temporary - #2175359

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join a busy People team, providing hands-on employee relations support and guidance to managers.

This is a heavily ER-focused role, so we're looking for confident HR professionals who can independently manage complex people matters and coach managers through the appropriate processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of employee relations cases
• Supporting managers with disciplinary, absence and other complex HR matters
• Providing practical, confident advice throughout the full case management process
• Working effectively with Trade Union representatives
• Coaching managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently

What we're looking for

You'll need strong HR/ER case management experience, confidence advising managers and previous exposure to Trade Union environments.
