We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of a market sector, develop new business opportunities and drive revenue and profitability within an established international business.

This senior-level opportunity is ideal for an experienced B2B sales and business development professional with strong knowledge of food and beverage processing within manufacturing, equipment trading experience and an established network of industry contacts.

Working from home, you'll collaborate with a global team while building relationships and developing commercial opportunities across UK and international markets.

• Salary of £90,000-£100,000 per year.

• Home-based working with flexible hours.

• 30 days' annual leave, increasing with service.

• Develop and execute a strategy to grow sales and market share.

• Negotiate purchases, resale and brokerage transactions.

• Build relationships with manufacturers, buyers, dealers and industry contacts.

• Identify new revenue streams and expand strategic customer accounts.

• Manage commercial performance and profitability for the sector.

• Work with customers and stakeholders across UK and international markets.

• Develop overseas sales channels and identify opportunities in international markets.

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage processing within manufacturing.

• Relevant equipment trading experience.

• An established network of industry contacts.

• Proven commercial, negotiation and business development skills.

• Experience managing revenue, profitability or a profit and loss (P&L) account.

• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.

• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment while collaborating with a global team.

• Familiarity with international markets and experience developing overseas sales channels.
