• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to queries.
• Processing and accurately entering invoices onto the system.
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with general enquiries.
• Supporting the finance team with a variety of accounts and administration tasks.
• Learning new processes and documenting procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your confidence and experience grow.
