Location: Cardiff (office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary: £26,225 - £28,000 DOE + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE

Start date: Winter 2026/27 intake

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Onsite at Eastern Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff. We're an office-based team because our culture thrives on collaboration and hands-on learning, but we're flexible when life happens.

As an Education Solutions Executive, you'll take that technology to new customers as well as take responsibility for some of our Key Accounts. We'll give you the training, coaching and support to help you grow into a senior Specialist or Consultant role.

You don't need any sales experience. You do need ambition, curiosity and drive.

• Complete our structured 90-day Academy training programme
• Find new opportunities in the UK education market
• Contact prospective customers, hold discovery conversations and win new business
• Build relationships and manage your pipeline
• Learn from our in-house experts and external sales coaches
• Get exposure to Account Management, Commercial Support and the wider business

What We're Looking For

• No sales experience or degree needed
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
• A positive, resilient attitude and a drive to hit targets
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A real appetite to learn and grow
• Two A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but please still apply if you don't have them
• An interest in education or technology is a bonus, but not essential
• We're interested in your potential as much as your experience
