The Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and that students are able to complete their exams in a calm, fair, and secure environment.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up examination rooms and materials
Supervising students before, during, and after examinations
Ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times
Distributing and collecting examination papers
Maintaining accurate attendance records
Reporting any issues or irregularities to the Exams Officer
Assisting with the smooth running of the examination process
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and professional individuals
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
The ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
A calm and organised approach
Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable or willingness to obtain one
