We're working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager / Document Controller to support a busy construction team based in the Cardiff area.

This role would suit someone who has experience across both office management and document control, with the ability to keep projects organised, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to site and management teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Office Manager and/or Document Controller within construction
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems
• Experience managing project documentation, drawings, and technical submissions
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting project and site teams in a fast-paced environment
