Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Wealth Management firm, with whom we have enjoyed a close working relationship for nearly 10 years. During this time, the business has achieved sustained growth through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.
As a result of this continued success, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Wealth Manager to support their growing team of Financial Advisers, helping both new and established Advisers maximise their potential through effective mentoring, business development and strategic guidance.
This is a newly created position offering significant scope to influence the development and future direction of the business.

- Setting, reviewing and monitoring annual business plans, budgets and performance targets.
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and annual appraisal process.
- Ensuring individual personal development plans are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Contributing to wider business strategy and identifying opportunities to develop new revenue streams.
- Maintaining company standards and ensuring all advice and business activities remain FCA compliant.
- Undertaking project work and supporting the Senior Management Team with strategic policies and initiatives.
- Building and developing strong professional relationships with local introducers and key business connections.
The ideal candidate
You will have a successful track record within Private Client Wealth Management, with demonstrable experience of managing, developing and supporting Financial Advisers.
