Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 Days WFH)

We have the great pleasure of working with a highly regarded specialist personal injury firm who are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join their dedicated intermediate track & Catastrophic Injury teams in Cardiff.

In this role, you will be handling a diverse caseload of high value personal injury cases from instruction to settlement. The wider Serious Injury team is renowned for delivering outstanding client care and providing a friendly and inclusive working environment.

Role Overview

• Managing your own caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish.
• Claims will include EL, PL & RTA matters
• Engage with clients and provide an empathetic and professional service.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated ability to manage your own intermediate track caseload.
• Qualified solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with or in the process of obtaining practice rights.
• Catastrophic Injury experience would be beneficial.
• Strong working knowledge across all personal injury claims portals.
