Are you a Corporate Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE looking to take the next step in your career?

I'm working with a highly regarded law firm in Cardiff that is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the appointment of a motivated and commercially minded solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, gain exposure to a varied range of corporate matters and develop your career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

You will work alongside experienced corporate lawyers, advising a diverse client base on a range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions.

• Share and business sales and purchases.

• Corporate restructures and reorganisations.

• Shareholder agreements and investment arrangements.

• Management buyouts and buy-ins.

• General corporate advisory work.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops, while working closely with senior members of the team on more complex transactions.

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE.

• Experience in corporate law, ideally gained within a recognised commercial or corporate team.

• Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in corporate transactions.

• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.

• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a growing team.
