We are seeking an additional experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing business. The successful candidate will work remotely alongside our team of experienced employment lawyers. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in employment law and HR, advising businesses in all sectors and all sizes.

We are only looking for exceptional candidates with excellent technical knowledge of employment law, an ability to see the grey areas and a commercial approach to resolving problems. We may also consider an experienced HR professional who has considerable employment law knowledge.

Experience with employment tribunals would also be an advantage.

Based mainly at home but occasionally travelling around South Wales to meet clients as required you need to be a self-starter, selfmanaging and organised. You also need to be a car owner and willing to travel. We may also consider a candidate based outside of South Wales.

In addition you must have an ability to effectively communicate, persuasive written skills, be driven, hard working, enthusiastic and above all be passionate about employment law and HR issues.

The candidate must:-

• Have excellent IT skills and a willingness to engage in the mundane as well as the stimulating.


• Be quietly confident and understand the diplomacy, tact and tenacity required to achieve goals and to persuade clients of the approach required, even when it is unpalatable.
