About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join a dynamic architectural team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process across a range of projects, aligning with client requirements and project goals.

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle in line with RIBA work stages—from initial briefing and feasibility to detailed design, technical documentation, and delivery.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop innovative and practical design solutions.

Prepare and present design proposals using a variety of media, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models.

Oversee the production of technical drawings and documentation necessary for planning and building regulation approvals.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design intent is met, and resolve on-site issues as needed.

Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet quality and industry standards.

Stay informed on current architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, promoting a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
-
RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent), with a strong design portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural practice with a focus on project delivery.

Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
