This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional with 7-8 years of experience in Workday integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Workday and various internal and third-party systems, supporting our complex financial and HR processes. As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the hedge fund to drive successful integration projects. You will also play a vital role in configuring and managing Workday security to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our sensitive business and employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio, Workday’s web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration tools.

  • Ensure the smooth flow of data between Workday and various third-party platforms, such as financial systems, payroll vendors, benefits providers, etc.

  • Security Administration:

  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and integration enhancements as required.

  • Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and HR/Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for end users, assisting with any technical issues related to Workday integrations or security access.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations and security configurations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience working as a Workday Integration Specialist or a similar role, with a focus on HCM and FINS integrations.

  • Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP), and other Workday integration tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Security Administration, including configuring security roles, permissions, and user access for various business units.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration processes, from design to deployment and maintenance.

  • Experience with financial systems integration, especially in a hedge fund or financial services environment, is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of data privacy standards and security protocols in Workday, such as GDPR and SOC 2.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically to resolve integration problems.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in the hedge fund or investment management industry.

  • Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics.

  • Experience in managing integration-related projects and timelines.

  • Proficiency with Prism Analytics: Demonstrated ability to leverage Workday Prism for data integration, transformation, and reporting.

Note for Applicants: The hedge fund industry is fast-paced and high-pressure, demanding technical expertise and financial acumen. Expect long hours, rapid problem-solving, and continuous learning.
