Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Up to $250k plus package - Fully remote

We're working with an innovative Web3 startup building the next evolution of data infrastructure. They're tackling one of the most fundamental limitations in blockchain today—how data is stored, accessed, and programmed.

Their protocol integrates data and computation through a unique architecture that bridges decentralised storage with a built-in execution layer.

This is a fully remote working role with their headquarters based in NYC.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, building, and optimising low-level blockchain infrastructure


• Leading architectural decisions and driving implementation across the protocol


• Hands-on coding (expect 90%+ engineering work, 10% management)


• Collaborating with a fast-moving, globally distributed team


• Leading small teams (up to 10 engineers) and driving execution


• Troubleshooting and resolving core infrastructure issues

Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in Rust


• Experience leading engineering teams


• Ability to ship fast and iterate quickly


• Comfortable working EST hours


• Bonus: Experience with Reth
