The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a wide variety of ecological contracting projects – particularly in habitat creation and maintenance – from early-stage pricing through to post-delivery review.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery – Ensure successful execution aligned with client expectations, safety standards, and environmental compliance

Commercial Oversight – Manage budgets, optimise profitability, and oversee invoicing and contractual obligations
-
Resourcing & Coordination – Ensure the right skills and people are in place, while managing subcontractors and suppliers
-
Client Engagement & Business Development – Prepare quotes, support tenders, and build long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
You’re a seasoned project manager with experience in:

Ecological consultancy
-
Environmental or conservation contracting
-
Infrastructure projects with an environmental component
You’ll also need:

Strong commercial and financial awareness
-
Familiarity with environmental legislation, H&S, and compliance standards
-
A collaborative leadership style and confidence leading diverse teams
Essentials:

UK residency with full right to work
-
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
