Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding consultancy in Cardiff. They're looking for an experienced, driven surveyor to take on a leadership role within the team and play a pivotal part in growing the business. You'll lead major projects, work closely with clients, and help guide the strategy and direction of the surveying division.

The Role Includes:

• Lead major projects, managing teams and clients from start to finish

• Oversee the delivery of both project and professional services

• Play a significant role in business development and winning new work

• Mentor and develop junior surveyors and guide their professional growth

• Take an active part in the management of the office and wider team

What They're Looking For:

• MRICS qualified with extensive experience in building surveying

• Proven track record in both project management and professional services

• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset

• Ability to manage and develop a team of surveyors

• Strong business development skills, with a focus on client relationships
