Salary OTE between £27,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience

Wessex Garages – Penarth is expanding with a new site, and we’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Technicians of all experience levels to join our team! Whether you’re a Vehicle Technician or a Master Technician, we offer fantastic opportunities to develop your career in a supportive environment.

1. 
   Vehicle Technician – Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs with a first-time fix approach. MOT testing roles also available for those with DVSA certification.


2. 
   Master Vehicle Technician – Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues to the highest technical standards. Must hold a recognised Master Technician qualification.
   

• A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)


• A full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points)


• A strong technical background, with experience in a main dealer workshop preferred


• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality work

• Competitive pay between £27,000 - £40,000 OTE, dependent on experience, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses
